The Ogilvie Circle – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining our exclusive monthly training group at Ogilvie Dogs. This is a carefully curated, closed-group designed to foster progress, consistency, and support in a small, trusted environment.

By confirming your place in this group, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commitment to the Group
   • This is a closed training group. Spaces are strictly limited and are intended for the same handlers each month.
   • You are expected to attend every monthly session you commit to.
   • This format is designed to build a close-knit, consistent group where progress can be tracked and supported across time.
2. Payment & Booking
   • Spaces are not advertised publicly and are bookable by email only.
   • Once your place is confirmed, payment will be required upfront for your allocated sessions (1 month in advance, invoiced on 1st of the month).
   • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
3. Missed Sessions / Transferring Your Space
   • If you are unable to attend a session, you may only transfer your space to another existing member of the group.
   • External selling or swapping of spaces is not permitted unless approved by Ogilvie Dogs and Lucy Norton to ensure a like for like swap.
   • If you are unable to attend and cannot transfer your space within the group, your space will go unused for that session.
4. Group Atmosphere & Conduct
   • This is a space for encouragement, support, and growth. By joining, you agree to uphold a positive, respectful, and collaborative atmosphere.
   • Anyone disrupting the group dynamic or acting in a way that goes against the spirit of the group may be asked to leave without refund.
   • You will be added to a private Facebook group with all attendees and Lucy, and this is where you can advertise spaces in the first instance.
5. Closed-group Nature
   • These sessions are not open to the public and participation is by enquiry only.
   • This exclusivity is to preserve the intimacy and progress-driven nature of the group.
   • Invitations may be withdrawn or not renewed at the discretion of Ogilvie Dogs and Lucy Norton if commitment, attitude, or fit with the group is not aligned.
6. Continuity and Progress
   • The purpose of the group is to progress together, develop as teams, and create a trusted circle of handlers who can share the journey, feedback, and wins.
   • Regular attendance and consistency are key to maintaining the value and effectiveness of the sessions.
