About Calum

Calum McConnell is a dedicated dog training instructor with over fifteen years of experience, specialising in scent-based activities and outdoor search work. His passion for search and rescue was ignited by mentorship under a former Lake District mountain rescue training officer, where he learned to scale indoor scent concepts to the grander challenge of locating human scent across vast terrains. Calum loves sharing these skills with clients, helping them and their dogs experience the thrill and teamwork of real-world search scenarios.
