Upon payment being received the payee has agreed to all terms and conditions below
Please only park in the car park at the bottom of the driveway near the training centre
Drive slowly down the drive 5mph
Please keep dogs barking in cars to a minimum to respect our neighbours
Keep dogs on lead in the car park
Dogs are only to be exercised on the field please do not walk up the drive
Please toilet your dogs on the field
Children must always be supervised. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children
The use of aversive training tools (prong collars, e collars etc) is prohibited on the property
Please pick up after your dogs and disregard any waste in the bin by the venue
Please ensure your dog has been to the toilet before using the indoor training centre, handlers will be charged a £10 fine for any toileting by their dogs in the venue
If fencing is required for your booking, it is your responsibility to set it up, including carrying it over from the requirement corner and returning it before the end of your session.
If you remove extra equipment during your hire, please ensure it is returned neatly to the equipment corner before leaving.
Any excessive amounts of rubbish must be taken away by the hirer.
All hirers are kindly reminded to treat the venue with respect to maintain a clean and welcoming space for everyone.
If you encounter any issues during your hire, please report them to us promptly so we can address them accordingly.
Inside the training centre:
If your dog goes to the toilet, please immediately pick up and/or soak the area before using the astroturf cleaner (follow instructions on the notice board) and report the incident so the turf can be professionally cleaned. Report any accidents to; bookings@ogilviedogs.com
Please keep your dog on a lead in the waiting area. No dogs to be free-roaming or unsupervised in the astroturf area
Agility equipment is only to be used by dogs and handlers that have agility foundations and are competent in using each piece of equipment
At the end of your hire lights and music must be switched off
Only indoor, clean shoes are to be worn in the astroturf area
DO NOT move the seesaw, A-frame or Dog walk without assistance, this can tear the astroturf.
The school will be checked before and after hire, if any damage is found after your booking you will be charged accordingly
No drinks or food is to be taken on the astroturf, this includes dogs’ water bowls please only give your dog water in the waiting area
There are three Fire Exits; the front double front door, in the middle of the right-hand wall and the middle of the far back wall
By completing your booking and attending the site, you have been given reasonable access and agreed to these terms and conditions
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you, as the payee’ accept that Ogilvie Dogs is not liable for any accidents or injuries sustained whilst on-site at the venue to either handler(s) or dog(s)
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you, as the payee’ accept that Ogilvie Dogs is not liable for any damage to handler(s) or spectator(s) vehicles and property whilst on-site at the venue
Hourly bookings to be paid in full at the time of booking, full day hires can pay in full or £50 deposit and half day hires in full or £25 deposit at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 28 days before the event
Payments are non- refundable but dates are transferable to other free times with one month’s notice – (this can only be done once for each booking, further transfers will incur an administration charge of £5) Bespoke bookings can be paid on custom terms, please get in touch with us for details
Other Training Terms & Conditions:
Workshops
Payments are due at the time of booking via the website, or the same day if booking directly through emails for bespoke bookings
Payments not received within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of the space and any deposit will be lost
Workshop spaces are non-refundable if you are unable to attend you are within your rights to sell the space to someone who is at the correct level for the workshop i.e., sell to a Grade 6 handler if the workshop is for Grades 5-7
If you sell your space onto a new handler, it is your responsibility to obtain payment from them
Deposits may be requested for some events and are non-refundable
A refund/credit will be given if the event cannot go ahead and has to be cancelled
We reserve the right to deduct costs from the payment that covers venue costs/trainer costs if cancellation is made due to adverse weather conditions
