Terms & Conditions

By booking a place on the Beginners Agility Group, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment & Refunds
• All classes are booked in 6-week blocks and must be paid for in full, upfront.
• Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Health & Safety
• By signing these terms, you confirm that your dog is fit, healthy, and able to participate in agility training.
• You accept that participation is at your own risk. Ogilvie Dogs accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained to handlers, spectators, or dogs while attending classes.
• The trainer reserves the right to withdraw any dog from the programme if they believe the dog is not fit, healthy, or suitable to undertake the exercises.
3. Handler Responsibility
• Handlers must have full control of their dog at all times.
• Dogs must remain on lead unless instructed otherwise.
• Handlers are fully responsible for their own dog’s behaviour and safety.
4. Venue Rules
• Dogs must not toilet inside the venue. A £10 cleaning fine will apply if this occurs.
• Please clean up after your dog at all times.
5. General Conduct
• Handlers are expected to treat other participants, dogs, and trainers with respect.
• Any aggressive or unsafe behaviour from either handler or dog may result in removal from the class without refund.
