A fun filled workshop with Becky Sinclair and Nicola Smith. In the morning, the groups will be focussing on contacts and weaves, and the afternoon will look at distance work and discrimination. These workshops are for all levels and will be tailored accordingly.

1.5 with each trainer, 3hrs training in total.

Only 5 per group.

Please note, if you book multiple spaces in contacts and weaves or the distance and discrimination, you will be put in the same group for these. You may enter both morning and afternoon workshops.
